Hey, I'm Val!
I'm a creative designer based in Madrid, working across branding, digital design, and product-focused projects. Over the past 8 years I've worked with companies like Fever, Revolut, and ClickOut Media, plus freelance projects along the way, always somewhere between building an idea from scratch and making an existing one work better.
My background blends brand and product, so I tend to look at a project from more than one angle at once. I'm just as comfortable owning something end to end as I am stepping into someone else's work to refine it.
I stay curious, mostly by trying new tools and spending time in exhibitions and design festivals. I studied at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) Madrid, and later added courses at the University of Arts London (UAL) and Memorisely to keep learning.

Are you more of a brand designer or a product designer?
Both. I move between the two by choice, not by accident. My portfolio is split into Brand & Visual and Product & UX so you can explore whichever side matters most to you.
Can you focus on UX, not just UI?
Yes. Structure and flow come first, across most of my product work, not just the final screen. I'm a design thinking believer.
Do you work with AI? How do you integrate it into your work?
Yes, as a tool, not a starting point. It speeds up exploration and iteration, but the direction and decisions are always mine.
Are you looking for full-time roles, or just freelance/contract?
Full-time, mainly. I'm open to freelance collaborations as well.
